How to send a KYC Request via Help Centre?

1. Log in to your Virtual Office and click Help Centre.
2. Click on “Contact us”, fill up your information.
3. Upload all the required documents.Â
4. Enter the code shown and click submit.
*Maximum file size per attachment: 5MB*Supported file types: doc,.docx,.xls,.xlsx,.jpg,.png,.gif,.pdf,.jpeg
How to complete KYC?

1. Scan your valid photo ID* with your signature affixed to certify the document.
2. Send your request via the Help Centre.
*KYC requirements may differ from country to country.*National ID, Driver’s License, Passport, or any other document that is legally recognizable/acceptable in the IR’s registered country.*Scan of the Valid ID photo need to be in colored copy only.

2. Submit your marketing agreement, which is available in Virtual Office, under “My profile”. Kindly provide 1st and last page with your name and signature affixed to certify the document.
3. Send your request via Help Centre
