Where do I find my eVouchers in the Virtual Office?
To check your eVoucher:
– Log in to your Virtual Office
– Click on “My Commission” / “Commission”
– Then choose “Evoucher summary”
– Select ALL for both “Week” and “Years” then click on “Go”
Note: You may only see 12 months record
What is eVoucher?
eVoucher is earned at every step 6 of any given commission cycle, which are used to redeem products available on the QNET Redemption Store.
Can I use my earned eVoucher Points (EP) as a mode of payment for purchases in any of the eStores?
No, the eVoucher Points (EP) can only be used to redeem products on the QNET Redemption eStore.
How many eVoucher Points (EP) are in one eVoucher?
There are 10 eVoucher points in one eVoucher.
Can I transfer my eVouchers to my downline?
No, the eVouchers are not transferrable.
Will I get any Business Volume for redeemed products?
No, there is no Business Volume for the products redemption.
How to extend an expired eVoucher?
To extend your eVouchers:
– Log in to your Virtual Office
– Click on “My Tools””
– Then click on “Extend eVoucher”
Note – You may only extend eVouchers issued to your own account
– For each 10 points = USD10 fee, maximum USD30
– Maximum number of eVouchers that can be extended at one time is 25
– 14 days extension will be granted

How can I check the Step Commission?
To check your step commission:
– Log in to your Virtual Office
– Click on “My Commission”
– Click on “Commission Summary”
You may check by IRship or by TC
What is Step Commission?
Step Commission is each 3000 Group BV in any lower volume team of a TC. Only Qualified and Activated IRs are eligible for Step Commission.
How many Commission Steps are in one Commission Cycle?
One Commission Cycle has six (6) Commission Steps or 12 commission steps if you are under Half Plan.
What is Early Payout Option?
A new IR who is Qualified and Activated will receive Early Payout (EPO) which means partial payment of the First Step Commission, it is paid as below:
– With the purchase of 1000BV in the first 4 weeks of registration, you receive USD50
– With the purchase of 1000BV in the first 6 weeks of registration, you receive USD50
– With the purchase of 1000BV after 6 weeks of registration, you receive USD100
Early Payout is earned only within Cycle 1, Step 1.
Please note that the above example is paid based on Bronze Star Rank.
What is the payout per Step and maximum weekly Step Commission per Tracking Center for Sapphire Star Rank?
The payout per Step is USD 260, and the maximum weekly Step Commission per Tracking Center for Sapphire Star is 65 steps.

You may send us a request via Help center, please follow below steps: Log in to your virtual office and click on ” Contact us”, fill up your information

RSP Enquiry
Why I do not see all my downlines in the RSP genealogy?
Kindly note that RSP genealogy only reflects your direct line of sponsorship. Meaning, it will only show your direct downlines and their direct downlines based on levels.
What is Group Repeat Sales Points (GRSP)?
“Group Repeat Sales Points” or “GRSP” means the RSP that the IR earns from the repeat sales and personal purchases made by his/her Downlines within his/her network or line of referralship.
How can I qualify to earn Repeat Sales Commission (RSP Commission)?
An IR becomes Active and eligible to earn RSP when he/she achieves the minimum 50 RSP Monthly Maintenance requirements from either Retail Sales or Personal Purchases of any QNET products.
An Active IR will be eligible to earn RSP from his/her personal purchase, retail sales, and repeat sales to his/her downlines of up to a maximum of ten (10) RSP Pay Levels based on his/her current Rank.
Can I carry forward any excess of Repeat Sales Points (RSP) achieved by either personal purchase or retail sales of QNET products in Rank Advancement?
Yes, RSP achieved by either personal purchase or retail sales of QNET products are Personal RSP, and can be carried forward up to one (1) year from the transaction date. 50 Personal RSP is an optional requirement for rank advancement and maintenance for Bronze Star and Silver Star.
What is compression?
Compression means that when an IR does not meet the minimum Monthly RSP Maintenance requirement of 50 Personal RSP for his/her current rank, Active IRs below him/ her will move up to temporarily fill his/her position for earning Repeat Sales Points (“RSP”) from Downlines within his/her network or line of referralship.
What is Personal RSP?
“Personal RSP” means Repeat Sales Points (RSP) that an IR earns from his/her personal purchase or retail sales of any QNET products carrying RSP
Retail Profit
How can an IR earn Retail Profit?
The Direct Referrer shall be entitled to the Retail Profit, which is the price difference between the retail price and discounted IR price.
